Administrative Assistant

 

Part-time Administrative Assistant position available for the Municipal Building Committee.  Duties include general clerical, attending meetings, compiling agendas and taking minutes.  Position is approximately 5 to 10 hours per week with no benefits. Experience in MS OFFICE.  The committee generally meets on Monday mornings at 8:30am. Minimum HS education. Hiring rate: $18.17 per hour. The committee meets approximately 30 times per year mostly on Monday and Thursday evenings at 7pm.  Experience in MS OFFICE.  Minimum HS education. Hiring rate: $18.17 per hour. SUBSTITUTE COMPENSATION

 

For Teachers:

 

  • Long-term certified Substitute Teacher (LTS) hired for the entire 2012-13 school year; Bachelors, Step 1, $42,374.  LTS who is FTE .5 or greater would be eligible for benefits.
  • Long-term certified Substitute Teacher hired for a specific period of time, minimum of thirty (30) consecutive school days; $150 per day.  Non-certified subject to negotiation.
  • Per Diem and certified Substitutes hired for indefinite periods; $85 per day effective September 2011.  After thirty (30) consecutive days in the same assignment, $150 per day.  Non-certified subject to negotiation.

 

For Nurses:

 

  • Long-term Substitute Nurse hired for the entire school year; Bachelors, Step 1, currently $42,374.  LTS Nurse who is FTE .5 or greater would be eligible for benefits.
  • Long-term Substitute Nurse hired for a specific period of time, minimum of thirty (30) consecutive school days; $150 per day. 
  • Per Diem and Substitute Nurses hired for indefinite periods; $20 per hour.  After thirty (30) consecutive days in the same assignment, $150 per day. 

 

For Tutors:

 

  • Long-term Substitute Tutor hired for the entire school year; $20 per hour.  LTS would be eligible for benefits if over twenty (20) scheduled hours per week.
  • Per Diem and Long-term Substitute Tutor hired for less than a full year; $15 per hour.  After thirty (30) consecutive days in the same assignment; $20 per hour.

 

For Paraeducators:

 

  • Long-term Substitute Paraeducator hired for the entire school year; Instructional Paraeducators, Step 1, currently $14.82 per hour.  LTS would be eligible for benefits if over twenty (20) scheduled hours per week.
  • Per Diem and Long-term Substitute Paraeducator hired for less than a full year; $11.67 per hour.  After thirty (30) consecutive school days in the same assignment; $14.82 per hour.
