What is?   C + 2R = S2
The Westborough Public Schools is pleased to announce a new motto that mathematically represents our mission to all students.  C + 2R =  S2   is the equation that we have developed to represent consistency plus rigor and relevance equals student success. 

 

With the development of a standards based education it is critically important that student's instruction is consistent.  Teachers in the Westborough Public Schools have directed a great deal of energy toward finding better ways to improve student learning.  In doing so, they have asked:  What are the most important skills and knowledge that all students need to be successful in our ever changing world and global economy?
